The intention is to look at the transformations that happen in nature to remember and remind ourselves the steps that lead to inner evolution. Nature suggests that to evolve we have to take the steps to walk the path and go through a journey of transformation. Let us contemplate on a caterpillar that goes through a journey to become a butterfly, or an egg to become a chick, or a tiny seed to become a mighty tree. In all three examples, the caterpillar, the egg and the seed, they seem to start by detaching from the outside world, by cutting the noise and becoming silent and still. It seems that The quieter they become, the more they can hear.
